RCAF technicians to compete in Toronto

– from August 31 to September 1, 2019, eight aircraft structures technicians from the Canadian Forces School of Aerospace Technology and Engineering (CFSATE)—four instructors and four students—will compete in an Aircraft Structures Skills competition at the Ontario Science Centre in Toronto Ontario.

Dropping meteorological buoys in the Arctic

– The second week of July, 2019, was an exciting one for some members of 413 Search and Rescue Squadron as they left 14 Wing Greenwood, Nova Scotia, and headed north for the Arctic Buoy drop. This was the first time 14 Wing had been tasked with this annual mission.

ADM(IM) Implementing the New Space Segment Contract

– On 10 May 2019, Minister Marc Garneau, Minister of Transport, announced a contract award on behalf of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and Department of National Defence (DND).
