What is cuter than a hand-drawn Holiday Card by a child?

For the Deputy Minister (DM) and Chief of the Defence Staff’s (CDS) 2018 Holiday Card Contest, children were asked to submit drawings for the chance to have their artwork featured on the cover of the DM and CDS’s holiday cards.

The contest was announced shortly after Remembrance Day, and many children not yet in the holiday spirit composed images of what the Canadian Armed Forces meant to them. From members in CADPAT, poppies, the Canadian flag and medals of honour and bravery, the children each had a unique vision of our proud serving military.
