Exercising patience.

  1. What is the biggest security challenge at work?

To increase security and to reduce complacency.

  1. In terms of security, what keeps you up at night?

The possibility of a major incident happening because the appropriate security measures were not taken.

  1. What has been the most rewarding work experience in your career?

Definitely, my participation in the Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief Mission, in Haiti, following the 2010 earthquake.
