Exercising patience.
- What is the biggest security challenge at work?
To increase security and to reduce complacency.
- In terms of security, what keeps you up at night?
The possibility of a major incident happening because the appropriate security measures were not taken.

- What has been the most rewarding work experience in your career?
Definitely, my participation in the Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief Mission, in Haiti, following the 2010 earthquake.
